What we clean

Six systems.
One van, one crew.

Everything that moves air through your building, and the things that go wrong when it stops moving properly.

01

Air duct cleaning

Negative-air machine on the trunk line, rotary brushes and whips through every branch, every register pulled and washed. The dust leaves the building rather than moving around it.

02

Dryer vent cleaning

Packed lint is a real fire risk and it doubles your drying time. We clear the full run to the exterior hood and check the flap actually opens.

03

HVAC & coil cleaning

Blower wheel, evaporator coil and drain pan. A furred coil is usually why a system runs constantly and still never quite cools the room.

04

Sanitizing & deodorizing

EPA-registered antimicrobial fog after the mechanical clean, for smoke, pet and mildew odours that survive the vacuum. Optional, and we will tell you if you do not need it.

05

Duct repair & sealing

Disconnected runs, crushed flex, torn insulation and leaking joints. There is no point cleaning a duct that is dumping half its air into the crawlspace.

06

Commercial & multi-unit

Restaurants, offices, apartment buildings and rental turnovers. This is why we run overnight — we clean while you are closed and you open on time.

Why us

We show you
what came out.

Duct cleaning is the easiest trade in the world to fake. You cannot see inside your own ductwork, so you have to take somebody's word for it. We would rather just show you.

Camera before and after

Footage from inside your ducts at the start and at the end. You keep the images. No before-and-after, no payment.

Around the clock, six days

24 hours Monday to Saturday. Overnight slots for restaurants, offices and turnovers that cannot lose a trading day.

The quote is the price

Counted vents, flat number, agreed before a machine comes off the van. No per-vent surprises halfway through.

We will tell you to skip it

If your ducts are clean, we say so and charge you for the inspection only. That is worth more to us than one oversold job.

How a visit runs

Four steps. No surprises.

01

Camera first

We scope the ductwork before quoting. You see the footage there and then, and we count the vents together.

02

Flat price

One number, written down, agreed before any equipment comes off the van. If the job is smaller than it looked, so is the price.

03

Negative air

The system goes under vacuum, then brushes and whips work every run. Debris goes into the machine, not into your rooms.

04

Camera again

Second pass on film, side by side with the first. Registers refitted, floors vacuumed, images emailed before we leave.

Questions

Asked most,
answered straight.

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

Every three to five years for a typical household. Sooner if you have pets that shed, someone with asthma or allergies at home, a recent remodel, visible dust puffing from the registers, or if you have just moved in and do not know the history.

How long does it take?

Two to four hours for a standard single-system home, depending on vent count and run length. Larger and multi-system properties take longer. We give you the realistic window when you book, not after we arrive.

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes — 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday. We are closed Sundays. The overnight slots are genuinely bookable, which matters for restaurants, offices and rental turnovers that cannot shut down during business hours.

Will I see proof it was actually cleaned?

Yes. Camera footage inside the ductwork before we start and again when we finish, shown to you on the spot and emailed afterwards. You keep both. No before-and-after, no payment.

Does it help with allergies and dust?

It removes the dust, dander, construction debris and droppings sitting in the ducts and getting recirculated every time the system runs. It is not a cure for allergies, and anyone promising that is overselling — but most people notice distinctly less settled dust afterwards.

Why does dryer vent cleaning matter?

Packed lint is a genuine fire risk and it forces the dryer to run far longer than it should. If clothes need two cycles, or the laundry room turns hot and humid while the dryer runs, the vent is blocked.

Which areas do you cover?

From our base on Cesar E Chavez Ave we cover East LA, Boyle Heights, Montebello, Monterey Park, Commerce, Pico Rivera, Whittier, Alhambra, Downey and Bell Gardens, plus most of central and southeast LA County. Anywhere else, call and ask.
